Privacy policy

TikPulse processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable data-protection law.

Data controller

PIXALYA Studio, a brand operated by Jérôme L. (employee-entrepreneur of the Jump Green cooperative) — contact: contact@pixalya.fr.

Data processed

Identity and contact data (first name, last name, TikTok handle and @username, email, phone, TikTok ID) and activity data (diamond performance, live hours and days, tiers, commissions, referrals, reward appointments, internal messages, notifications). No sensitive data is collected.

Purposes & legal basis

Managing a TikTok Live agency: performance tracking, commission and reward calculation, handout organisation, internal communication. Legal basis: performance of the contract between the agency and its members, and the agency's legitimate interest; consent is collected when the account is activated.

Recipients & isolation

Access is strictly isolated by role: each user only sees data within their hierarchical scope, and members are identified to one another only by their TikTok handle. Data is never sold or shared with third parties.

Processors & hosting

The application and the database (PostgreSQL) are hosted by O2SWITCH, a French host — data stored in France, within the European Union. Push notifications transit through the browser's push services (Google, Apple, Mozilla). Each provider acts as a processor under Article 28 GDPR.

Retention period

Data is kept for the duration of the relationship, then according to legal obligations (up to 10 years for accounting records). An account whose deletion is requested is anonymised or deleted.

Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. From the app (My profile → My personal data), you can export your data and request the deletion of your account. You may also write to contact@pixalya.fr and lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Security

Access protected by authentication, isolation via database security rules (Row Level Security), encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest on the host side.

Cookies

TikPulse only uses cookies strictly necessary for authentication (session). No advertising cookies or third-party trackers — so no consent banner is required.
